Resplendent Life invites you to a gentle, supportive 4-week workshop focused on healthy lifestyle habits for everyday life.

This workshop is designed for real people with busy lives. You do not need prior knowledge or special experience—just a desire to learn and grow.

Workshop Details:

  • Saturdays at 10a starting Jen 10

  • 4 weeks | 2 hours per week

  • Total of 8 hours

  • Small group setting

  • Educational Experiences and wellness-focused

Each Workshop includes:

  • Experiential learning

  • Preference scan to support topic

  • Action steps unique to your situation

  • Lifestyle shifts and applications

  • Assessments and tracking

Topic Include

“Listening to your body”

  • Support all hormones

  • Help your body use fat efficiently for energy

  • Maintain healthy blood sugar levels

  • Support balanced metabolism

  • Support healthy gut

  • Stress management

  • High-nutrient, low-toxin living

  • Sleep and daily rhythms

Cost:

  • $55 per week

  • $165 for all 4 weeks (save $55)
