Hormones affect how we feel, think, sleep, and move through our day. When they are out of balance, it can feel confusing and frustrating. When they are supported well, the body often feels calmer and more steady.

You are warmly invited to a gentle, educational conversation about hormone harmony and whole-person wellness.

In this class, we will talk about:

  • What hormones are and why they matter

  • Common signs the body may be asking for support

  • How stress, sleep, nutrition, emotions, and lifestyle connect with hormone balance

  • How to listen to your body and notice what it responds to best

  • How different people can respond very differently to the same support

I will share from my experience as a nurse, focusing on education, awareness, and self-reflection, not diagnosis or treatment.

  • Recently released products and how to decide if they may be a good fit for your unique needs

  • Well-known products that have been loved and used for years

  • How to approach products thoughtfully, safely, and personally

You do not need prior experience with essential oils or wellness products to attend.
You are welcome to come just to learn, listen, and ask thoughtful questions.
